Tracy Hartung, CPA - Tax Shareholder

Tracy Hartung, CPA, is a the Managing Shareholder in the Tax Department of Mikunda, Cottrell & Co. Prior to joining Mikunda, Cottrell & Co., Tracy worked as an internal

auditor in the oil industry as well as other businesses in Alaska.

Tracy’s focus is supervising and completing comprehensive audit and

tax engagements for Alaska Native Corporations, construction

contractors, government contractors, retail and transportation

companies. Tracy also has significant experience in pension plan

audits.

Tracy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public

Accountants and Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants

and currently serves as President for the Alaska Society of Certified

Public Accountants.

Tracy was born and raised in Alaska and graduated in 1994 from the

 University of Alaska, Anchorage.
