Robert Meyer, CPA/ABV, CVA, is a Principal in the Tax Department

of Mikunda, Cottrell & Co., Inc.  Prior to joining Mikunda, Cottrell &

Co., Inc. in 2001, Rob was the owner and principal with R. Meyer &

Associates. Rob provides auditing, accounting, tax and consulting

services to both individuals and businesses. Rob also serves

clients in the areas of litigation support, lost benefit analysis,

evidence evaluation, and business valuation in matters involving

buy/sell of a business, divorce, shareholder disputes, and estate

planning. His valuation experience includes construction

companies, professional practices, and retail companies.

Rob also has significant prior experience in private industry in

accounting and financial management positions of large commercial

companies.

Rob holds certifications in business valuation from the National

Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA) and the American

Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ABV).

Rob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public  Accountants, the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Business Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the National Association of Forensic Economists.  In addition, Rob

also serves as a board member for the Advisory Board for the Alaska Division of the Salvation Army and the Board of Directors for Life Alaska Donor Services.

Rob graduated from the University of San Francisco in 1969.
