Jeff Loughrey, CPA, is a Principal in the Tax Department of Mikunda,

Cottrell & Co. Prior to joining Mikunda, Cottrell & Co., Jeff worked for

the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent. With a focus on

tax, Jeff provides business and individual tax services with a focus on

tax planning to minimize the tax burden and undesired surprises often

associated with income tax compliance. Jeff also provides consulting

services on QuickBooks accounting software to streamline client

accounting and information systems into one that provides timely and

useful information for managing a business. Jeff is a member of the

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Alaska Society

of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro

Advisor. Originally from Boise, Idaho and an avid outdoorsman, Jeff

graduated in 1984 from Boise State University.
