Allen Bingham, CPA - Tax Shareholder

B. Allen Bingham, CPA, is a shareholder in the Tax Department of

Mikunda, Cottrell & Co. A 30-year resident of Alaska, Allen was the

partner-in-charge of tax at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Anchorage. Allen

has 25 years experience with Big-Four international public accounting

firms and 15 years as tax partner.

Focusing on Alaskan for-profit companies, Allen has a broad range of

experience in income and estate tax matters. He is an

Accredited Estate Planner and has served as the tax partner

 for National Bank of Alaska for 15 years. Allen also specializes

in commercial fishing, both fishermen and processors, in Alaska.

Allen is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,

Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants, serving on the Alaska

Society Taxation Committee. He is a certified Estate Planner, and past

president of the Anchorage Estate Planning Council. Allen has also

served as past President of the Alaska Resource Development

Council, and  past President of the Anchorage South Rotary Club.

Allen graduated in with a Bachelors and Masters degree in accounting from Utah State University.
